Robert understands that exercising your due diligence is important to keep your purchase proceeding smoothly and most reports are provided on the same day of the inspection or the next day.
With five years of experience, Robert will take the time needed, usually between three and six hours onsite to look at all aspects and major systems of the home, from the roof to the crawlspace. Safety, structural, mechanical systems and maintenance of the home will be addressed in the report. Ongoing education is important to any home inspector and Robert is regularly taking new classes in all aspects of home inspection.

Robert only schedules one inspection per day in order to give you and the home his full attention, and is certified by the State of Oregon, and InterNACHI certified. Durson Services Oregon is fully licensed, bonded and insured. OCHI #2239, and CCB #242268.
